Description
Product Introduction
The metal conduit bending testing machine is a newly developed product based on the standards GB 20041.21‑2017 “Special Requirements for Rigid Conduit Systems in Cable Management,” GBT 14823.1 “Special Requirements for Conduits Used in Electrical Installations—Metal Conduits,” JG/T 3050 “Insulated Electrical Conduits and Accessories for Building Applications,” and ZBG 33008 “Polyvinyl Chloride Plastic Corrugated Wire Conduits.” It is suitable for conducting bending tests on metal conduits and similar materials, with a bending angle of 90°; after the test, the specimen is inspected for cracks.
Technical Specifications:
1. Sample catheter diameters: 16 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm
2. Inner bending radius: 96 mm, 120 mm, 150 mm
3. Outer bending radii: 113 mm, 141 mm, 178 mm
4. Groove radii: 8.1 mm, 10.1 mm, 12.7 mm
5. Total bending angle of the specimen: 90°

WSC-300 Microcomputer-Controlled Steel Strand Stress Relaxation Testing Machine
The WSC-300 microcomputer-controlled steel strand stress relaxation testing machine employs servo control technology and computer-based data acquisition and processing, enabling closed-loop control and automated testing. It comprises four main components: the testing frame, the servo control system, the measurement and control system, and the test fixtures. With a maximum test force of 300 kN, the machine achieves an accuracy class better than 0.5.
YLZ-100 Microcomputer-Controlled Electro-Hydraulic Servo Curbstone Flexural Testing Machine
The YLZ-100 concrete curbstone flexural‑compressive testing machine is used to determine the flexural strength and flexural load of linear curbstones with a length of 1000 mm, as well as the compressive strength of curved curbstones and L‑shaped curbstones with a straight cross‑section. In accordance with JC/T 899‑2016 Concrete Curbstones, it can also be employed to conduct experimental studies on the flexural and compressive strengths of other materials.
The microcomputer-controlled high‑ and low‑temperature electronic universal testing machine consists of the testing machine mainframe, fixtures, a high‑ and low‑temperature chamber, and computer software. The temperature chamber is slid into the mainframe; after opening the chamber door, the specimen is secured in the dedicated fixture. The chamber then heats or cools until the specified temperature is reached.
