This testing machine is suitable for bending tests of insulating electrical conduit and similar materials, with a total bending angle of 180°. After the test, inspect the specimen for any cracks.

It complies with the requirements of GB/T 14823.2 “Special Requirements for Conduits Used in Electrical Installations—Rigid Insulated Flat Conduits,” JG/T 3050 “Insulated Electrical Conduits and Fittings for Building Applications,” and ZBG 33008 “Corrugated Polyvinyl Chloride Plastic Wire Conduits,” among others. This testing machine can evaluate the three types of conduits specified in the standards on a single unit, without the need to change forming dies or bending rollers. Moreover, it is easy to operate, intuitive, and reliable, which has led to its increasingly widespread application.
