Description

LB-2601 Portable Ozone Gas Detector

Product Introduction:

All applications requiring portable, rapid gas‑concentration measurement, including petroleum, chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, environmental protection, gas distribution, warehousing, flue‑gas analysis, and air‑quality management.

Product Features:

● Splash-proof, dustproof, explosion-proof, and shock-resistant; intrinsically safe circuit design; antistatic and electromagnetic interference–resistant.

● Protection rating IP65, with a built-in moisture and dust filter to prevent damage to the sensor and instrument caused by moisture and particulate matter.

● Built-in pump‑suction measurement ensures rapid response, with a sampling distance exceeding 10 meters. A specialized gas‑path design allows the instrument, when equipped with optional accessories, to measure gases under negative or positive pressure ranging from –0.5 to 2 kg, without affecting measurement results.

●A 2.31-inch high-definition color display shows real-time information such as concentration, alarms, time, temperature, humidity, storage status, communication status, battery level, and charging status; the menu interface uses high-definition, realistic icons to indicate the function names of each menu item.

● Large-capacity data storage capability; higher capacities available upon request. Supports real-time recording, scheduled logging, or recording only alarm‑triggering concentration values and timestamps. Data can be viewed and deleted locally, and can also be uploaded to a computer via the USB interface for analysis, storage, and printing using host‑computer software.

● USB charging port; can be charged via a computer or power bank, and is compatible with mobile phone chargers. Features overcharge, overdischarge, overvoltage, short-circuit, and overheating protection, along with a 5‑level precise battery‑level display. Supports USB hot‑swapping, allowing the device to operate normally during charging. Optional RS485 communication available.

● Equipped with a 4600 mAh high-capacity rechargeable polymer battery, enabling long-lasting continuous operation;

● Audio‑visual alarm, vibration alarm, visual alarm, undervoltage alarm, and fault alarm; when an alarm is triggered, the alarm status is displayed in a multi‑dimensional, three‑dimensional manner.

● Alarm thresholds are user-configurable, with alarm modes including low‑limit alarm, high‑limit alarm, range‑based alarm, and weighted‑average alarm.

● High-precision temperature and humidity measurement (optional), with temperature compensation for the sensor; the instrument operates over a temperature range of –40 to 70°C and can detect gases up to 400°C. For gas detection at higher temperatures, custom options are available, including a high‑temperature sampling handle with cooling and filtration or a high‑temperature, high‑humidity pre‑treatment system.

● Optionally configurable to simultaneously detect 1 to 4 gases, with freely switchable units. For common gases, no molecular weight needs to be entered; for special gases, the molecular weight is automatically calculated and the unit is switched accordingly. Available units include: PPM, mg/m³, Vol%, LEL%, PPHM, ppb, and mg/L.

● Three display modes are available: simultaneous display of four gas concentrations; large‑font cyclic display of the concentration for a single channel; and real‑time trend graphs. You can switch between automatic and manual cycling among channels, set whether to show maximum and minimum values and gas names, and view historical record graphs.

● The interface can be switched between Chinese and English; the default is Chinese, with concise operation prompts in either Chinese or English.

● Data recovery feature: allows selective or full restoration, eliminating concerns caused by accidental operations.

● Automatic zero-point tracking ensures that long-term use is unaffected by zero drift.

● Three‑point calibration at the target point ensures measurement linearity and accuracy, meeting both national standards and the standards of local metrology authorities.

● Automatic detection and prevention of incorrect concentration calibration operations, thereby mitigating errors caused by human factors.

● It can perform real-time or timed measurements (particularly when the gas concentration being measured is low). When no measurement is required, the pump can be turned off to extend the instrument’s operating time.

● Capable of recording calibration logs, maintenance logs, and troubleshooting measures; provides alerts when sensor life is nearing expiration and reminds users of the next concentration calibration schedule.
