I. Product Overview

The microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo compression–shear testing machine employs a hydraulic power source, electro‑hydraulic servo control technology, and computer‑based data acquisition and processing. It is a high‑precision materials testing device capable of closed‑loop control and automated testing. Its main structure comprises the test frame, shear frame, angular‑displacement measurement frame, primary hydraulic power unit, and electrical control system. The maximum test forces available are 5,000 kN, 10,000 kN, and 20,000 kN, with an accuracy class of Grade 1. This machine is primarily used to evaluate bridge plate‑type and pot‑type rubber bearings under complex loading conditions involving compressive and shear forces, conducting axial and radial compression, shear, and angular‑rotation mechanical tests. It can also measure the compressive strength, compressive elastic modulus, shear adhesion performance, shear aging characteristics, coefficient of friction, and angular rotation of rubber bearings, as well as determine the elastic modulus and compressive properties of concrete and other materials.
