Description
Product Overview:
1. The microcomputer-controlled rail static bending testing machine is equipment used for conducting static bending tests on welded rails. It is employed to perform static bending tests on flash‑welded, aluminothermic‑welded, and gas‑pressure‑welded railway rails, measuring mechanical properties such as the maximum load capacity of rail weld joints, failure load, and deflection. It also supports the testing and research of mechanical performance parameters—including load capacity, failure load, and deflection—for welded joints of ordinary manganese‑containing rails, plain carbon steel rails containing copper, high‑silicon copper‑bearing rails, copper rails, manganese rails, silicon rails, and other types.
2. This machine is our company’s electro-hydraulic servo rail static bending testing apparatus, featuring a four‑column frame with the hydraulic cylinder mounted on top. Moreover, both the load and deformation sensors offer full‑range, non‑stepped measurement (a superior approach that eliminates conflicts during range switching). The key advantage is that it provides a single, consistent resolution across the entire measurement range.
3. This equipment features multiple protection functions, including hardware and software overload protection, oil‑temperature over‑temperature alarm, and high‑oil‑pressure safety protection.
