The HYE-2000B microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo pressure testing machine employs a hydraulic power source, electro-hydraulic servo control technology, and computer-based data acquisition and processing. It is a high-precision materials testing device capable of closed-loop control and automated testing. The system comprises four main components: the testing frame, the oil supply unit (hydraulic power source), the measurement and control system, and the test fixtures. Its maximum test force is 2000 kN, and its accuracy class exceeds Grade 1.
The HYE-2000B microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo pressure testing machine can set the loading rate in accordance with relevant standards and meet the standard‑specified loading‑rate control requirements, enabling compressive strength tests on materials such as cement and concrete under the rated test force. It features dynamic display of load, time, and test curves, real-time control capabilities, and a maximum‑test‑force‑holding function.
This testing machine features a split‑type design, with the main unit and hydraulic power source housed separately. It is suitable for compressive strength testing of cement and concrete, and, when equipped with appropriate fixtures and measurement devices, can also perform splitting tensile tests and static compressive elastic modulus tests on concrete.
This testing machine and its accessories comply with the requirements of GB/T 2611, GB/T 17671, GB/T 16826, and GB/T 50081.
