Structure Digital temperature display and automatic control; the interior features a stainless steel liner formed by welding, while the exterior is finished with electrostatic powder coating. It employs compressor‑based refrigeration, water‑immersed heating tubes for heating, and an automatically circulating water pump.
Functionality When the water temperature in the tank exceeds 20°C ± 1°C, the compressor automatically activates to cool the water. Once the temperature drops below 20°C ± 1°C, heating commences, and the circulation pump automatically starts to maintain a stable water temperature. This cyclical operation ensures that the water temperature remains within the range of 20°C ± 1°C at all times.
Instructions for Use Open the top cover and place the small water tanks (the number of tanks should correspond to the number of cement test cubes). Fill the small tanks with water until the cement test cubes are fully submerged, then pour water into the large tank—making sure not to exceed the level of the small tanks. Check for leaks. Connect the power supply, verify that there is no electrical leakage, and calibrate the temperature controller by setting the upper limit at 20.8°C and the lower limit at 19.5°C.
