Product Introduction:

The HYE‑type electro‑hydraulic servo pressure testing machine employs a hydraulic power unit, electro‑hydraulic servo control technology, and computer‑based data acquisition and processing, enabling closed‑loop control and automated testing. It is a high‑precision materials testing device comprising four main components: the testing frame, the oil source (hydraulic power unit), the measurement and control system, and the test fixtures. The maximum test force is 2000 kN, and the machine’s accuracy class exceeds Grade 1.

  The HYE‑type electrohydraulic servo pressure testing machine can set the loading rate in accordance with applicable standards and meet the standard‑specified loading‑rate control requirements, enabling compressive strength tests on materials such as cement and concrete under the rated test force. It features dynamic display of load, time, and test curves, real-time control capabilities, and a maximum‑test‑force hold function.

  This testing machine features a split‑type design, with the main unit and hydraulic power source housed separately. It is suitable for compressive strength testing of cement and concrete, and, when equipped with appropriate fixtures and measurement devices, can also perform splitting tensile tests and static compressive elastic modulus tests on concrete.

  This testing machine and its accessories comply with the requirements of GB/T 2611, GB/T 17671, GB/T 16826, and GB/T 50081.
