Product Introduction:
This test measurement and control system is a dedicated instrument that integrates measurement and control functions, specifically designed for use with electronic universal testing machines. It can perform tests such as tension, compression, bending, shear, tear, and peel.
This system employs 32-bit ARM technology, coupled with a 24-bit high-precision ADC and large-capacity memory, delivering high measurement accuracy, rapid and stable response, and fast, precise control. It features a dot-matrix graphic LCD display that presents test results in intuitive text and graphical formats, enabling storage and printing (with an optional miniature thermal printer). The user interface adopts a multilevel menu structure with Chinese character display, offering robust functionality and ease of operation, while incorporating fault‑tolerant handling and automatic fault detection and prompting for parameters such as sensor readings, ADC values, units, zero point, calibration values; gauge length, rated strain, and calibration settings; as well as options for automatic test initiation, automatic crack detection, and automatic return to the starting point. The system can calculate key test parameters including maximum force, yield force, average peel force, and maximum deformation.
It can be connected to a PC, optionally equipped with host‑computer software, and also allows convenient data export via USB flash drive. It displays real‑time force–displacement, force–time, displacement–time, stress–strain, and other curves; automatically calculates parameters such as maximum force, yield force, average force, maximum deformation, yield point, and elastic modulus; and offers flexible report editing and printing capabilities.
Software Feature Overview:
A. Specimen Information: Allows users to input specimen parameters, including width, thickness, diameter, cross-sectional area, gauge length, and others.
B. Upon completion of the test, data is automatically saved; in the event of a power outage, no data is retained. Once testing is finished, the system automatically calculates the maximum force, yield strength, tensile strength, compressive strength, specified‑elongation strength at a given strain, elongation at a specified load, elongation percentage, and other relevant parameters.
