Description
Product Introduction:
It features on-site sampling, automatic data logging, automated calculations, and real-time display of strength values. It is particularly well suited for situations where full‑member testing is not required, while also enabling the review of member strength results, instrument management, and online data uploading. These capabilities significantly enhance the efficiency of rebound‑based testing and reduce the workload of testing personnel. Testing range: In accordance with national and industry standards, it can be used to assess concrete strengths in the 10–60 MPa range; under relevant local standards, it is applicable to concrete strengths from 10 to 80 MPa.
Product Features:
1. Built-in national standard strength–rebound curves (JGJ/T 23-2011) and multiple sets of regional strength–rebound curves at the provincial, municipal, and district levels; supports real-time estimation of concrete strength at measurement points; automatically calculates the average regional strength and the estimated strength of structural members upon completion of sampling.
2. Compact in size and featuring a modular design, it facilitates the replacement of the mechanical rebound hammer.
3. Equipped with a built-in high-capacity rechargeable lithium-ion battery for extended runtime; features a large-capacity internal memory that can store 999 standard components, with each component configurable to up to 99 test zones, supporting a maximum of 159,800 data points.
4. Supports breakpoint resumption, making data acquisition more convenient and user-friendly; provides voice prompts for measurement results, test‑area switching, and component completion.
5. Connected to the computer’s data-processing software via a data cable, it enables rapid processing of test data and generation of test reports.
6. System upgrades are supported; the company will regularly update the system based on user feedback to enhance the user experience.
7. Supports switching between Chinese and English interfaces.
