Product Description:

The ZC3‑E digital rebound hammer employs a fixed array of displacement sensors mounted inside the electronic housing, while a movable sensor array is securely attached to the reading slider of the mechanical rebound hammer. This design ensures consistent triggering at the rebound zero point and reliable release at the 100‑point mark. The instrument is manufactured in strict accordance with industry standards and calibration procedures stipulated by national standards, making it suitable for nondestructive testing of compressive strength in concrete grades C10 to C60.

Product Features:

It features automatic recording, automatic calculation, automated data processing, automatic storage, result viewing, component parameter configuration, online data uploading, and automatic report generation. These capabilities, while ensuring ease of operation and impartiality, significantly enhance the efficiency of rebound‑based concrete strength testing. The device comes preloaded with national standard strength‑estimation curves, as well as local strength‑estimation curves for certain provinces, municipalities, and districts.
