Complies with the industry standard JGJ/T 23-2011, “Technical Specification for Testing Concrete Compressive Strength by Rebound Method.” It is specifically designed for nondestructive testing of the compressive strength of concrete structural members, with a nominal impact energy of 2.207 J. This medium‑sized rebound hammer features a direct‑reading pointer display system, and all its technical parameters meet the requirements of the People’s Republic of China’s national metrological verification regulation JJG 817-2011, “Rebound Hammer.” Test range: In accordance with national industry standards, it can be used to assess concrete compressive strengths between 10 and 60 MPa; in compliance with relevant local standards, it is applicable to concrete compressive strengths ranging from 10 to 80 MPa.

Lightweight and easy to use—requiring only one-third the force of comparable products—this instrument offers flexible operation, stable readings, an affordable price, and a simple learning curve. Its guiding button and pointer shaft support are manufactured using an integrated molding process, ensuring they remain securely fastened even after years of repeated impacts. The spring is made from imported steel wire, while the button features an integrally formed design produced via a stretching process, effectively preventing disengagement. An improved pointer structure makes friction adjustment more convenient, and an optimized hook‑shaped curvature combined with a spring‑loaded design reduces impact effort, enabling instant triggering. This product is a nondestructive testing instrument.
