The HC‑D10 electric bond strength tester is suitable for measuring the pull-out force of rivets used to secure thermal insulation materials in construction projects, as well as the bond strength of various materials—including wall insulation, exterior facing tiles, carbon fiber, mortar, and coatings—on different substrates and concrete surfaces.
Product Features:
1. Integrated design featuring a compact, ultra‑hard aluminum alloy housing; enables single‑operator testing and facilitates on‑site use.
2. The loading and unloading speed is flexibly adjustable and complies with industry standards.
3. One-click loading; automatically stops and records the peak value upon specimen fracture;
4. The force–displacement curve, strength values (MPa), and force values (kN) are displayed on the same screen; all test data are recorded in full throughout the entire process.
5. In constant‑load test mode, the test automatically stops when the preset test force is reached; the load‑hold countdown and the percentage reduction of the load are displayed on the same screen.
6. The 50 mm ultra-wide measurement range accommodates a variety of testing conditions;
7. High-precision S-type load cells ensure measurement accuracy and feature peak-hold and curve-fitting functions.
8. High-definition color LCD display with a user-friendly testing interface; all functions are easy to learn and quickly mastered.
9. Ultra-low power design; equipped with a high-capacity Panasonic lithium-ion battery, delivering extended battery life.
10. A dual hardware-and-software security protection mechanism ensures test safety and effectively extends the instrument’s service life.
11. The USB interface is used for data export; the customized host‑computer software supports data analysis and the generation of test reports.
