Product Introduction

The instrument mixes cement and water according to standard procedures to produce a uniform test slurry, enabling the determination of cement’s standard consistency, setting time, and the preparation of stable test specimens. It is an essential piece of equipment for cement plants, construction and engineering firms, as well as for cement laboratories in relevant academic institutions and research organizations. The mixer is one of the specialized devices specified in GB 1346‑89. Developed in accordance with the key technical parameters outlined in GB 3350.8, it is a new type of dual-speed, dual‑speed slurry‑mixing machine. Following standard protocols, it blends cement and water to form a homogeneous test slurry and determines the cement’s standard properties. It is indispensable equipment for cement production facilities, construction entities, and laboratories at pertinent universities and research institutes. The apparatus comprises a dual‑speed motor, gearbox, spindle, eccentric support, mixing blades, mixing bowl, base, upright column, bracket, outer cover, and program controller, among other components.
