Product Introduction:
The frost resistance of concrete specimens is determined under water‑freeze–water‑thaw conditions and expressed in terms of the number of rapid freeze–thaw cycles they can withstand. This parameter is used to classify the concrete’s frost resistance grade and to calculate its durability coefficient.
Product Features:
1. This freeze–thaw apparatus features a split‑type design, with both the indoor and outdoor units connected via piping and electrical wiring, all utilizing quick‑connect fittings to facilitate assembly, relocation, and transportation.
2. The equipment’s refrigeration, heating, and circulation pumps are all housed in the outdoor unit, ensuring quiet operation indoors.
3. The equipment control system supports remote upgrades.
4. The equipment control system features phase-sequence protection, overpressure protection, overload protection, automatic alarm for refrigeration abnormalities, and automatic alarm for heating abnormalities.
5. The equipment is controlled via a touch screen and features animated visualizations, enabling customers to easily monitor its operating status.
6. Equipped with an automatic filtration system to prevent impurities from entering the circulation system and compromising equipment performance.
7. The refrigeration system uses exclusively imported components.
