MTSH-6 Microcomputer-Controlled Pipe Pressure Testing Machine

It is used to determine the pressure‑holding time of various nonmetallic pipes at a constant temperature. The main unit employs a microprocessor‑based, fully closed‑loop control system, enabling complete closed‑loop regulation of the entire setup. The testing and control system comprises a two‑tier architecture: an upper-level host computer and a lower-level controller. The host computer handles graphical display, data processing, and data management, while the lower-level controller, in response to commands from the host, regulates the hydraulic pressure system to achieve the target pressure. It also features automatic data saving upon power loss and the ability to resume testing after power restoration, ensuring uninterrupted operation. The system can display individual curves for each channel and allows independent configuration of test parameters for each channel. It is widely applied in factories, construction‑quality inspection stations, product‑quality testing laboratories, research institutions, and other settings—covering pipe manufacturing, quality assurance, and R&D activities.

Complies with GB 18742.2, GB 6111—“Method for Determining the Time to Failure of Thermoplastic Pipes under Long-Term Constant Internal Pressure,” GB/T 15560—“Hydraulic Instantaneous Burst and Pressure-Resistance Test Methods for Plastic Pipes Used in Fluid Conveyance,” GB/T 13663.2, and CJ/T 123‑2016.

It complies with the relevant GB standards for long-term hydrostatic pressure testing and other requirements applicable to piping materials such as PVC, PP‑R, PE‑X, aluminum‑plastic composite pipes, and steel‑plastic composite pipes.

6. The experimental report content is automatically saved, and users are provided with multiple query options, enabling them to retrieve all previous raw experimental records at any time for long-term archival management.

7. It supports a 1,000-hour endurance test, and the microcomputer features a power‑on startup function: after a power outage, the system saves the current experimental results; upon restoration of power, the microcomputer restarts and resumes the experiment from the point where it was interrupted.
