Product Introduction:

The LBT-1705 automated intelligent geosynthetic specimen‑preparation machine is specially designed for geotechnical material testing laboratories. It replaces traditional manual knife‑die punching and cutting, employing a fully automatic CNC cutting process to produce standard specimens of various geosynthetic materials in accordance with national and industry standards. It is widely used by third‑party testing agencies, engineering quality inspection centers, and quality‑control departments of geosynthetic manufacturers.

Applicable Materials: Suitable for specimen preparation in geosynthetic testing, capable of processing geotextiles, geomembranes, composite geotextiles, plastic drainage boards, embossed drainage boards, impermeable waterproofing membranes, and other types of geotechnical materials. It can produce standard specimens required for the vast majority of geosynthetic tests, including wide‑strip tensile, narrow‑strip tensile, trapezoidal tear, CBR puncture strength, vertical permeability, hydrostatic pressure resistance, effective aperture, and direct shear–pullout friction tests.
