Description

Product Introduction:

It is applicable to the determination of peel adhesion for various flexible composite materials in which plastic is laminated onto plastic or other substrates, such as aluminum foil, paper, and textiles.

Refer to the new standard GB/T 8808, “Test Method for Peel Strength of Flexible Composite Plastic Materials.”

Fixture Specifications	The clamp has dimensions of 30 mm in height and 55 mm in width, capable of holding specimens up to 8 mm thick. Its clamping teeth feature an R3 large‑wave profile (optional: a version with dimensions of 25 mm in height and 55 mm in width, equipped with an adhesive‑coated surface).
Optional connector (customizable)	Optional Type A or Type B connector: A connector, shaft outer diameter 20 mm, length 30 mm (with lock nut) B‑type connector: inner bore 20 mm, depth 30 mm; pin hole diameter 10 mm, with the center of the pin hole located at the connector. End-face distance: 14.5 mm.
Note	When no connector is used, the clamp body has an M12 internal thread.
