Description
Product Introduction:
It is used to determine the biaxial tensile deformation and strength of various materials, including textiles, geotextiles, canvas, and membrane materials. By conducting uniaxial tension tests in both the warp and weft directions, material engineering constants are established; based on the experimental data, stress–strain and stress–time curves are analyzed to investigate the material’s nonlinear, orthotropic, and inelastic behavior under cyclic loading, as well as its stress–strain and strain–stress relationships at constant stress and constant strain, respectively.
Instrument features:
1. It employs a precision ball screw and original precision linear guides for transmission, resulting in low noise and minimal vibration.
2. Driven by an AC servo motor with three-loop control, it features a short motor response time and eliminates speed overshoot.
3. Equipped with a high-precision sensor, a 32-bit high-speed processor, and a 24-bit high-speed analog-to-digital (A/D) converter;
4. The clamping distance positioning method is freely configurable via software and features automatic positioning.
5. The drive system employs an AC servo drive, a synchronous pulley, a synchronous belt, and a high-precision ball screw, delivering high positioning accuracy, low noise, minimal vibration, and reduced drift.
6. The control box supports two-way communication with the computer and is equipped with fine-tuning switches, enabling precise adjustments to meet special requirements.
7. Conventional protections: mechanical switch‑based upper and lower limit travel protection, overload protection, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, overheating protection, undervoltage protection, undercurrent protection, automatic leakage protection, and manual emergency‑stop protection.
8. The testing software is built on the popular Microsoft platform, offering strong compatibility, a rich and intuitive user interface, and comprehensive help documentation.
9. The software provides open-ended test parameters, supports multiple statistical modes, and allows users to freely customize and print reports.

YLZ-100 Microcomputer-Controlled Electro-Hydraulic Servo Curbstone Flexural Testing Machine
The YLZ-100 concrete curbstone flexural‑compressive testing machine is used to determine the flexural strength and flexural load of linear curbstones with a length of 1000 mm, as well as the compressive strength of curved curbstones and L‑shaped curbstones with a straight cross‑section. In accordance with JC/T 899‑2016 Concrete Curbstones, it can also be employed to conduct experimental studies on the flexural and compressive strengths of other materials.
The microcomputer-controlled high‑ and low‑temperature electronic universal testing machine consists of the testing machine mainframe, fixtures, a high‑ and low‑temperature chamber, and computer software. The temperature chamber is slid into the mainframe; after opening the chamber door, the specimen is secured in the dedicated fixture. The chamber then heats or cools until the specified temperature is reached.
