Description
Product Introduction:
This equipment was developed in accordance with the GB/T 30735-2014 standard and is used for testing the external flame‑spread fire‑performance of roof‑exposed materials, including roofing waterproofing membranes, roof insulation boards, and composite roofing waterproofing systems (Test Method A). The device features adjustable specimen‑mounting platform angles, controllable ventilation airflow, timed monitoring of flame‑spread progression, recording of combustion phenomena, as well as data storage and report generation. It is suitable for testing institutions, building‑material manufacturers, and research organizations conducting roof‑fire‑protection assessments.
Meets the standard:
GB 8624-2025 “Classification of Fire Performance for Building Materials and Products” – New Standard
GB/T 30735 “Test Method for External Fire Reaction of Roofing and Roof Covering Products,” Method A;
ISO 12468-1:2013 External exposure of roofs to fire — Part 1: Test method, NEQ;
DD ENV 187:2002 “Test Method for the External Fire Reaction of Roofs.”
Product Features:
Color touch-screen control
Electrically operated incline test ramp
Equipment Structure:
The entire machine is divided into six major components: the mechanical mainframe, the combustion and gas supply system, the ventilation and air‑blowing system, the angle‑driving mechanism, the electrical control cabinet, and the computer control system.
1) Mechanical host: tilt test stand, specimen fixture, burner support, protective frame;
2) Angular drive mechanism: servo motor and angular sensor, enabling the test table to rise, lower, and tilt.
3) Electrical Control Cabinet: includes power control, signal acquisition, and communication modules.
4) Control System (DCIOT‑Simulator Software): Human–machine interface, timing, data management, and calibration functions.
Important note: Phenomena such as flame propagation at various distances, perforation, penetration, and molten material droplets are observed visually by the test operator, with timing recorded manually in the software. The equipment does not feature automated image‑based recognition.

The YLZ-100 concrete curbstone flexural‑compressive testing machine is used to determine the flexural strength and flexural load of linear curbstones with a length of 1000 mm, as well as the compressive strength of curved curbstones and L‑shaped curbstones with a straight cross‑section. In accordance with JC/T 899‑2016 Concrete Curbstones, it can also be employed to conduct experimental studies on the flexural and compressive strengths of other materials.
The microcomputer-controlled high‑ and low‑temperature electronic universal testing machine consists of the testing machine mainframe, fixtures, a high‑ and low‑temperature chamber, and computer software. The temperature chamber is slid into the mainframe; after opening the chamber door, the specimen is secured in the dedicated fixture. The chamber then heats or cools until the specified temperature is reached.
