Description
Product Introduction:
The Lb-DX3A Hot-Wire Thermal Conductivity Meter employs the transient hot-wire method, including both the cross‑wire and parallel‑wire techniques, to measure the thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity, and specific heat capacity of solid and powdered materials over a range of temperatures. It features high accuracy, high resolution, and excellent reproducibility, with automated measurements controlled by a computer. This instrument is widely used in research institutions, quality‑control laboratories, and industrial facilities for determining the thermal conductivity of various materials, enhancing measurement precision and repeatability while offering a more rational design and greater ease of use.
Model Classification:
The Lb-DX3A primarily employs the cross‑wire method (the parallel‑wire method may also be used to measure materials with thermal conductivities below 5 W/m·K);
Reference standard:
GB/T 5990 “Refractory Materials — Test Methods for Thermal Conductivity, Specific Heat Capacity, and Thermal Diffusivity (Hot-Wire Method)”;
GB/T 17106 “Test Method for Thermal Conductivity of Refractory Materials (Parallel-Line Method)”;
GB/T 11205 “Determination of Thermal Conductivity of Rubber (Transient Hot-Wire Method)”
GB/T 10297 “Determination of Thermal Conductivity of Non-Metallic Solid Materials (Hot-Wire Method)” and others.
