Description
Product Introduction:
This instrument is primarily used to measure the thermal conductivity of homogeneous, plate‑like materials such as plastics, rubber, glass, fiberboard, polystyrene boards, extruded boards, foamed concrete, hollow glass, wood panels, and various insulation materials. It can also determine the thermal conductivity of granular, bulk, and soft materials. When equipped with a protective measurement and control unit, it effectively mitigates environmental influences, ensuring high measurement accuracy and repeatability.
Reference standard:
GB/T 10295-2008 “Determination of Steady-State Thermal Resistance and Related Properties of Thermal Insulation Materials—Hot-Box Method”;
ISO/DIS 8301 “Thermal insulation — Determination of steady-state thermal resistance and related properties — Heat flow meter apparatus”;
ASTM C518-04: Standard Test Method for Steady-State Thermal Flux and Thermal Transmission Properties Using the Heat Flow Meter Apparatus.
System Composition:
a) Hot‑side heater, with high‑precision programmable controller for temperature regulation; the hot‑side temperature measurement resolution is 0.1°C.
b) The cold noodles are temperature-controlled using a constant-temperature water bath, with temperature fluctuations kept below 0.05°C, and the temperature measurement resolution is 0.01°C.
c) Installing protective measurement and control devices can effectively eliminate environmental influences on testing, ensuring test accuracy and repeatability.
d) Equipped with automatic pressure application and automatic thickness measurement functions, it can determine the thermal conductivity and thermal resistance under various pressures.
