Description
Product Introduction
This equipment is used to test the impact resistance of vertically installed Class CI safety nets and to conduct side‑sway tests on vertically installed impregnated and coated safety nets.
Reference standard:
Complies with the standard “GB 5725-2025 Safety Nets for Fall Protection”
Product Features:
- It uses thickened square tubular profiles, providing high overall load-bearing strength.
- The weld is strong and fully filled, with minimal deformation.
- The surface is treated with an anti-corrosion coating, offering excellent rust resistance and wear resistance.
- The motor is equipped with a rainproof cover, ensuring robust stability for long-term outdoor workshop use.
- The equipment’s load-bearing capacity is reliable.
- Laser cutting with high dimensional accuracy.
- After sanding and removing rust, apply a black paint coating.
- The edges and corners are neatly finished, the mounting holes conform to standard specifications, and the bolt‑hole positioning is precise, facilitating seamless assembly and alignment of the entire unit.
Principle of the impact resistance test:
The test weight is allowed to fall freely from a specified height, or it is released from a prescribed relative distance without any external force applied, and then impacts the center of the safety net in a directed lateral swing along an arcuate trajectory. The impact resistance of the safety net is evaluated based on the extent of damage observed.
Principle of the penetration resistance test:
The penetrating rod is allowed to fall freely from a specified height, or it is released from a prescribed relative distance without the application of any external force, and then directed to swing laterally along an arcuate trajectory to penetrate the center of the test net. The penetration resistance of the impregnated and coated safety net is evaluated based on the extent of damage observed.

Basic Operations
1. Securely fasten the test sample to the test frame.
2. Set the frame angle to 0 degrees or a 30-degree angle.
3. Lift the test weight to the designated test height (controlled by a limit switch).
4. Release the test weight and, once it has come to rest, observe the condition of the sample.
5. Conduct the assessment test and record the results.
