Description
Product Introduction:
The JBS-300B touchscreen‑controlled metal pendulum impact testing machine is a next‑generation pendulum impact tester. It is used to evaluate the impact resistance of metallic materials under dynamic loading, thereby assessing their performance under such conditions. This equipment serves as a testing instrument in metallurgical and mechanical manufacturing facilities, as well as a research tool for studying new materials in scientific research institutions.
The device operates by employing a high‑precision photoelectric encoder and a computer equipped with specialized measurement‑control and calculation software. It determines the impact energy absorbed and the material’s impact toughness by measuring the difference in potential energy before and after the pendulum strikes. The display is dual‑mode, showing both the dial pointer and the computer output simultaneously. The computer can display impact energy absorption and impact toughness, perform automatic processing of test data, and generate test reports automatically. Operations such as pendulum release, pin retraction, impact, and pendulum return can be controlled either manually via a hand‑held control box or automatically through mouse‑driven computer programs, with the option to print test results in batch or one by one.
The system employs a PLC as the lower-level controller and a branded PC as the upper-level controller. The upper-level software is developed in VB, utilizing RS‑232 communication to facilitate data exchange and command transmission between the two levels. This design fully leverages the PC’s powerful capabilities for data processing, report generation, and other tasks. A high‑precision rotary encoder is used to acquire the pendulum’s real-time position, enabling accurate measurement of impact energy absorption. The system boasts reliability, stability, and high data accuracy.
